Getting up to go to the gym before work isn’t really ideal for even the most devout gym rats.

Find someone that will help keep you on track. Having that extra emotional support can help you on those days you’re just not feeling it.

If you’re not into watching people flex and take selfies in the weight room then just skip the gym.

Chances are you’re paying months of membership that go unused. Plus, the extra time it takes to get to the gym and back sometimes makes it even harder to fit into your schedule.

Working out at home is a lot easier and more affordable than you might think. Just a few simple items like a pair of weights, kettlebell and a jump rope can get the job done.

There are a lot tons of online programs that require no equipment and limited space.

The best part about working out at home? Pants are optional.

Do It For Yourself

If you’re workout plan is just designed around burning calories so you can have that extra slice of pizza later, it might be hard to stay committed.

Find a reason to workout that will help you stay motivated.

Having more energy, getting sick less and generally feeling healthy are better reasons than trying to fit into a smaller dress size.
